Why I Love this picture - ARRIVAL

March 13, 2015  •  Leave a Comment

Wedding photographs that I love, and why?

This 'wedding' image was taken on a warm July day last year at St. Andrew's Church in Ewerby near Sleaford. I had just arrived at the church after shooting the bridal prep for Louise & Andy's wedding.

Some might say this isn't a wedding image, however it's what was happening outside the church while we were all waiting for the brides arrival.

I guess the subjects knew the bride in some way and just wanted to get a glimpse of her arriving for the ceremony. I still wonder whether the woman was reading '50 Shades of Grey', judging by the man peering over her shoulder, she probably was !!!
